On November 17, the 6th event of the series of public and private sector meetings (PPD) took place.
During the meeting entitled “Digital transformation of the business environment”, proposals and questions were raised by the representatives from the IT, consulting and entrepreneurial sectors. A question and answer session was organized, fostering dialogue between participants and the Deputy Minister of Economy of the RA, Rafayel Gevorgyan.
Responding to the raised issues, Gevorgyan, as a representative of the public sector, briefed attendees on ongoing and anticipated digitalization initiatives, including the formats and directions of state support, support measures, and initiatives catering to diverse objectives. The meeting ensured effective public-private sector dialogue, establishing a foundation for future collaborations.
The series of public-private dialogues (PPDs) is carried out within the framework of the “Shaping the Digital Economy Agenda in Armenia" project conducted by the Business Support Center (BSC) with support from the Center for International Private Enterprises (CIPE).
