When implementing projects that aim at community development, we put emphasis on building the capacities, including business capabilities of community members. Through carrying out a set of diverse activities, we pass on knowledge and skills that help to establish the foundations of mutually beneficial collaborations between the public and private sectors of the target community and which paves the way to the economic and overall community development.

Our projects have helped community members improve their entrepreneurial skills, including women entrepreneurship, identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, create jobs and generate incomes, and contribute to the further development of their communities.

To promote entrepreneurship, support startup and SME development, we formulate methodologies and approaches, as well as apply different tools and toolkits to drive our partners into acquiring an entrepreneurial mindset and thinking outside the box. As a result, we are witnessing our partners plan their businesses progressively, expand their activities and prepare for dynamic business environments and exposure towards larger, more global markets.
