Within the framework of the grant program announced by the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry “BSC" Business Support Center implements “3 Free training courses" for employees of IT companies. It is a great opportunity for companies looking to upskill their employees.

THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

“BSC" Business Support Center co-finances “3 free training courses" for 74 participants, which will enable:
– to develop the professional knowledge and skills of the participant with the given specialization, to ensure career advancement,
– to acquire new specializations and improve their professional knowledge and progress in the relevant field.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

WHO WILL IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM?

The program is implemented by the BSC Business Support Center, with 30 years of experience.

Yet, over the past years, BSC has been instigating business growth and development all over the country, helping many large and prominent companies in Armenia, as well as international development agencies, find their niche, grow profitable businesses, and implement projects that fulfill their mission.

The organization has had the privilege to work with over 750 successful businesses and help them build and implement strategies, create a bigger value, and achieve sustainable growth.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

The “3 Free Training Courses" are open to the following individuals:
– employees of IT organizations who require training in line with the program's offerings,
– aspiring IT professionals who possess the necessary skills and abilities required to enter the IT industry upon completion of the course.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To enroll in the courses, applicants should have the following qualifications:

IT  knowledge and skills,

Basic understanding of mathematics,

Proficiency in English at an intermediate (B1) level or higher,

Analytical thinking and logical reasoning,

A desire to learn, develop, and acquire new knowledge.

Applicants will undergo an online assessment test before the course, covering questions related to mathematics, logic, general knowledge, and IT.

Participants scoring above 85% will receive preference during the final selection process.

COURSE FEES

Thanks to the co-financing by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Business Support Center, the total cost of the courses, which amounts to AMD 240,000, will be fully covered, making the courses free for all participants.

COURSE FORMAT

The courses will be conducted 2-3 times per week, with each session lasting 2-3 hours. Each class will accommodate a maximum of 25 students.

The courses can be attended either in person or online.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the course, participants will undergo an online exam/test to evaluate their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Scoring 50% or higher will be considered a passing grade.

At the end of the course, the participants will have a certified specialization with new or advanced knowledge, and will act as high-class and sought-after specialists in the market.

After the end of each course, the participants will undergo 2-4 hour soft skills development courses. The aim of the master classes is to improve the time management, decision-making, presentation, communication and negotiation skills of the participants.
