BSC and UNDP Armenia in Gegharkunik and Kotayk Marzes

“BSC" Business Support Center, in collaboration with the UNDP, organized business training and consulting courses for young entrepreneurs from the Gegharkunik and Kotayk marzes.

With funding from the uth in the Regions of Armenia" project aimed to empower young women and men, enhancing their livelihoods and enabling them to establish and sustain their own businesses.

Within the scope of the project, the following activities were implemented:
 7-day training on entrepreneurship, marketing, business plan development, and presentation of business ideas,
Business and financial consulting services,
Provision of financial resources.

Out of 92 applicants who applied for participation in the program from two regions, 37 were selected. In September, they participated in business development courses conducted by highly qualified experts from the BSC Business Support Center.

The young entrepreneurs participating in the project were active in a diverse range of sectors, including:
Renewable energy,
Agriculture,
Agro and food processing,
Tourism,
Public food services,
Education,
Healthcare,
Communication and information technologies,
Production, including chemicals, cosmetics, and building materials,
Construction,
Woodworking,
Beauty and care services.
