1․ FROSTICS – Production of Shock-Frozen and Sublimated Fruits

Product: Sublimated fruits, berries, and vegetables.

Status: Owns 1.1 ha of privatized land (1500m² of which is designated for factory construction), a factory design, a construction permit, and certification.

Местоположение: Agarak settlement of Ashtarak community, Aragatsotn Province, near the North-South Highway.

Development: Investments have already been attracted, factory construction work has begun, and a contract has been signed with the Chinese company “Kemolo" for the import of equipment.

2. “MATEVOSYAN WINE" – Winemaking

Description: Family winemaking production in Aghavnadzor village, Vayots Dzor.

Feature: Wines are produced using traditional methods, utilizing local grape varieties.

Assets: Approximately 120,000 m² of Areni grape vineyards, an industrial building (600 sq.m), a factory (6600 sq.m), a hotel building (300 sq.m).

Expansion Plan: A family restaurant and guesthouse are planned to be established on the factory premises.

3. INTENSIVE ORCHARDS

Description: An intensive orchards business with 170 hectares of land, ready for both investment attraction and complete acquisition.

5. “TESIL" CJSC – Armenia’s Leading Company for the Production of Quail Meat, Eggs, and Canned/Semi-Finished Products Made from Them

Current Volumes: Produces approximately 156 kg of quail meat and 14,000 eggs daily, fully selling the production and, sometimes on holidays, even failing to meet demand.

Advantage: A complete, closed production chain (from feed production to final packaging), which allows quality control at all stages.

Operating Infrastructures: Own feed production facility (350 m²), quail farms (500 m²), production area (390 m²), administrative area (80 m²).

Investment Result: As a result of investments, production volumes will increase by 150%, which will satisfy market demand.

6. Iron Billet Production

Main Product: High-quality iron billets (used for making rebar, pipes, and other metal products).

Patents: The factory has a certificate of origin and a certificate from the “Chamber of Commerce and Industry" for effective organization of sales in the domestic market.

Area: Factory area is 1 ha, production building is 4,132 sq.m.
