THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

With the co-financing of the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry “BSC” Business Support Center implements “Free training courses on 10 topics” intended for 500 participants. Courses will enable:
– to develop participants’ knowledge and skills who have already specialized in the field, to ensure career progress,
– beginners in the industry to acquire new specializations and find a job in leading IT organizations.

WHO WILL IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM?

BSC Business Support Center implements “Free training courses on 10 topics".

Over the past 29 years, “BSC” has achieved great success in implementing projects aimed at business planning, management, and development in Armenia and more than 10 countries. The rich experience of the company in the field of organizing and conducting courses, entrepreneurship, and business development is particularly noteworthy.

Since 1994 “BSC” has been actively collaborating with state structures, and local and international institutions, providing direct support by consulting, research, and training services to entrepreneurs and business representatives in all regions of Armenia.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?

The target groups of the program are:
– IT specialists,
– participants of the Artsakh wars (all courses will be free of charge for participants who passed the admission procedure),
– anyone who has required professional knowledge for the training program.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To enroll in the courses, applicants should have the following minimal knowledge and skills:

Basic knowledge of mathematics,

English (middle (B1) and higher level),

Logical thinking skills,

Analytical thinking,

Basic knowledge of IT,

Willingness to develop skills, learn new things.

COURSE FEES

The courses will be co-financed. The state will finance a part of the cost of the course: the funding is provided according to the cost of the course presented by the Organization, but not more than 200,000 (two hundred thousand) AMD for 1 participant.

The student pays the difference between the cost of the course and the stated amount, except for the participants of the combat operations in the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh, for whom the courses will be free. In this case, the difference of the above amount is paid by the educational organization instead of the student.

The cost of the course is AMD 240,000.

* The rent paid by the student will be reimbursed by BSC Business Support Center LLC.

COURSE FORMAT

The courses will be conducted 2-3 times per week, each session lasting 2-3 hours.
Each class will include a maximum of 25 students.
The courses will be conducted in both offline and online formats.

COURSE SYLLABUS

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the following specializations:

Quality Assurance Automation (Beginner and Intermediate level)

QA Manual (Beginner and Intermediate level)

Product Management (Beginner and Intermediate level)

IT Sales (Beginner and Intermediate level)

IT Project Management (Beginner and Intermediate level)

Digital Marketing (Beginner and Intermediate level)

DevOps (Beginner and Intermediate level)

Linux (Beginner and Intermediate level)

Network Administration (Beginner and Intermediate level)

During the course, participants will receive relevant study materials, book links, and valuable articles.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the course, participants will take an online exam/test to evaluate their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Scoring 50% or higher will be considered a passing grade.

Participants successfully passing the test will receive:

– course completion certificates,
– new or advanced knowledge in the field,
– the necessary skills to pursue careers as technology professionals, understanding of market specifications,
– within one month after the end of the course, the participants who attended the courses as individuals will be provided with support in finding a suitable job.

In addition to the course, all participants will take part in a 2-4 hour soft skills training, focusing on time management, decision-making, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
