    Developing Sustainable Arrangements for Schools of Advocates Training and Pro-Bono Legal Aid Services Programs<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

    Together with the Judicial Projects Implementing Unit of the RA Ministry of Justice, BSC carried out the project Developing Sustainable Arrangements for Schools of Advocates Training and Pro-Bono Legal Aid Services Programs, financed by World Bank.<\/p> \r\n\r\n

    BSC brought its decades of experience in organizing corporate and open training sessions and capacity building programs \u2013 training sessions, forums, coaching sessions \u2013 for specialists from various fields and sharing its deep knowledge of the market peculiarities to the implementation of this project.<\/p> \r\n\r\n

    Moreover, BSC has carried out research studies in the sphere of education.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

      The goal of this project was to contribute to the professional development of specialists in the legal field in Armenia.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

      The services BSC implemented included a research study and relevant training and capacity building sessions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      The study included face-to-face interviews with lawyers, advocates and professionals associated with the legal field. For a deeper assessment of the demand for legal trainings, focus group discussions were also carried out with lawyers, advocates, accountants and HR management specialists.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

      BSC was able to properly assess the demand for legal trainings.\r\nThe research study carried out by BSC gave the School of Advocates a clear assessment on the market situation. Based on the research results, recommendations, as well as realistic and justified actions and decisions were developed and included in the company\u2019s five-year action plan.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      Moreover, within the project, BSC conducted a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) with recommendations, the preparation of a comprehensive five-year business plan and the development of an operations manual on sustainable financing arrangements.<\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
