As part of the BSC team of talents, Varduhi took her first steps as an intern and then proceeded to become a junior consultant and was soon promoted into the role of Business Development Manager. She is responsible of improving and growing clients’ businesses through researching and identifying new opportunities, as well as planning and implementing marketing and sales campaigns.

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yerevan State University, Varduhi completed an MBA at the Swiss UMEF University.

Generating business growth and helping our clients achieve new targets is what drives Varduhi at her job.
